One of the things that helps us understand how we focus our attention and specifically to what we focus our attention to is understanding the hierarchy of needs. It suggests that people are motivated to fulfil basic needs before moving on to another, more advanced need. I am going to share with you my take on this theory on in this episode.

In a chess game, we have an endgame: it is the stage of the game when few pieces are left on the board. The King, which has to be protected in the middle game owing to the threat of checkmate, becomes a strong piece in the Endgame. Today we will focus on health and I will share with you the 3 keys I learned along the way in order to ensure I can perform. Now you will maybe say that you knew them already, and then it’s great, it will be a refresher, but don't forget there is a big difference between knowing something and actually doing it :) In a chess game, we all know how to move the pieces and that we need to kill the King right?
